Delivery is free for all orders of $65 or more (before taxes and after discounts) anywhere in Canada. Orders below this minimum benefit from a preferential flat rate of only $11.00 across the country.

For wholesale delivery, the cost will be calculated at checkout.

Our lead time to prepare your order is 1 to 2 days depending on product availability.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we can no longer be held responsible for its delivery. If your delivery address is incorrect, you will be responsible for the re-delivery costs. Similarly, if a package is returned to our warehouse because you were unable to receive it within the specified timeframe, you will be responsible for the return costs.

LightOnMe Candles reserves the right to adjust shipping costs for certain remote destinations (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) where actual shipping costs may be significantly higher, we will always contact you before shipping if additional charges apply.
