Order processing and shipping

LightOnMe Candles will make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that processing and shipping times may vary depending on location, product, and other factors. Processing times are between 2-3 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking information, if applicable.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. They may vary depending on the delivery location, product weight, and shipping method selected.

LightOnMe Candles reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time and without notice.

  • We offer free shipping on domestic canadian orders over $70.
  • Wholesale/NoLabel orders are excluded from free shipping.
  • We do not ship to the United States.

Mailing address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when purchasing. LightOnMe Candles declines all responsibility for any shipping issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We do not deliver to PO boxes or unverified addresses .

Delays and incidents

In exceptional cases, such as delays due to extreme weather conditions or logistical issues, delivery times may be extended. LightOnMe Candles declines all responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
